Flying cockroach: which ones fly and what it means
A few kinds of cockroach can fly short distances or glide, mostly on warm nights. Most do not, and the young of every kind have no working wings at all.

What a flying one tells you
A big cockroach flying or gliding in at night has usually come from outside or up from a drain. Close the way it came in: cover floor drains and seal gaps round pipes.
Small cockroaches that stay on the ground in the kitchen, or young ones without wings, are the ones that breed inside. That is a different problem, and baby cockroaches and how to get rid of cockroaches cover it. If they keep coming, book a visit through cockroach and ant control. We cover Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac and Olongapo.
